A convocation ceremony holds a very important place in every student’s heart. It is the day in the academic life of the students when all the hard work, dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm culminates. It is a proud moment for every parent because their not-so-little kids get their hard earned education degree in Convocation attire in front of their teachers and friends, who support them in their scholastic journey.
In spite of the current pandemic situation, we are pleased to inform you that Ganpat University has decided to celebrate the joy of graduating students as a Convocation Week. The Faculty-wise Convocation Ceremony will be hosted as per schedule followed by a Grand Ceremony (Full Online) in the presence of Chief Guest, the President of the University, All members of Board of Governors and Academic Council of the University, all 2900+ graduating students, their family members, teachers, staff of the GUNI and all the well wishers across the world.

University is creating an opportunity to celebrate this ceremony by joining In Person ON CAMPUS or ONLINE LIVE. However your parents video consent is a prerequisite to get the confirmation to attend the ceremony on campus. Please submit the consent on or before December 12, 2020 through the link provided to you.
Non submission of consent will be considered as your agreement to attend the ceremony online or as “Absentia’ and Degree Certificate will be sent to you via postal services.
Please note that considering Govt. guidelines university may limit the number of awardees to attend the event on campus. Only screened individuals WITH EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONLY will have an opportunity to attend the ceremony physically on campus. Your support and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Covid protocols restrict us to accommodate students only without any accompanying.
