Awardee Student’s Invitation for Attending 17th Convocation of Ganpat University

Dear Graduating Student,

Greetings from Ganpat University!!!

 A convocation ceremony holds an important place in every student’s heart. It is the day in the academic life of the students when all the hard work, dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm culminates. It is a proud moment for every parent because their not-so-little kids get their hard-earned education degree in Convocation attire in front of their teachers and friends, who support them in their scholastic journey.

We are pleased to inform you that the 17th Convocation of Ganpat University is scheduled on 12^th January 2024, 3.00 pm on wards at Ganpat University.

You are cordially invited to attend the Convocation Ceremony and receive your Degree/Diploma “In-Person”.

Please check your registered Email-ID & kindly confirm your presence on or before 08.01.2024 through the convocation attendance confirmation link given in the email. IT IS MANDATORY.

Non-submission of consent will be considered as your agreement to remain absent, and Degree Certificate will be sent to you via postal services.

Kindly refer the website https://convocation.guni.ac.in/   frequently for schedule and detail guideline of the 17^th convocation. You have to deposit INR Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Only) in cash as a deposit for the gown at respective institute, which will be refunded on returning the gown after the event. You are requested to take your seat in the pandal before 03:00 pm.

Dress Code: Awardees on the day of the Celebration:

Male Students: Formal attire preferably a light-coloured plain shirt, dark-coloured full trouser, and black shoes. (Kindly avoid stripes, printed, check shirts, and T-Shirts).

Female Students: Saree of sober colour and decent design or Salwar Kameez or Official/Formal Attire. [Kindly avoid Jeans, T-Shirts, etc.].
