Harsh Sanghavi entered the world of politics as a social worker at a young age of 15. While working with Yuva Morcha, the youth wing of the BJP, he travelled in the remotest part of India. Serving the underprivileged and the working middle class has been at the heart of his leadership. In 2012, he won the elections by record breaking margin and was the 4th highest winner of Gujarat Assembly. Becoming the youngest MLA, at 27 years, one of his first acts in the office was providing a full financial aid for a heart operation. Since then, he has launched the Clean Tapi initiative, by personally entering the muck to clean the rubbish. On the occasion of his 28th birthday, he organised a job fair named ‘Terapanth Bhavan’ to give employment opportunities to the youth. Harsh Sanghavi is a stark contrast to all other politicians, giving voice to the marginalised people and using his power to empower the youth to drive the wheels of change in the society.

Over the years, he has launched several programmes for the differently abled including distributing disabled friendly mobile phones and Youth Entrepreneurship Summit in 2015. As a youth himself, Mr. Sanghavi, is compassionate and easily accessible by the citizens.

Shri Sudip Gupta is an engineer with passion. He started his career in Karaikal Asset of ONGC and has nurtured his career having served in various capacities and operational streams across the work centres of ONGC including Karaikal in South, Sibsagar in North East, Ahmedabad, Cambay and Mehsana in Western Onshore as well as the Prestigious Bombay high.

His exposure in Well Services followed by Engineering & Design with Project Management has paid him rich dividends.

His managerial skills fine tuned by mentors over the decades has propelled him to the post of Head Well services in Assam and Ahmedabad followed by prestigious assignment as Asset Manager Cambay Asset and now Mehsana Asset.

He has been instrumental in design and execution of many a schemes including the present Nandasan Project of Mehsana where in he has been and continues to be the driving force.

He has brought a turn around by leading his team from the front in operational excellence. His rich technical experience coupled with managerial abilities has earned him accolades and awards over the years.

In addition to his technical and managerial skills, Shri Sudip Gupta is a avid sports lover. He is a regular marathon runner and has encouraged lots of youngsters to imbibe the habit of running. He is also a keen golfer and never misses an opportunity to swing the golf club. An ardent trekker and a keen cyclist, Mr Gupta is an inspiration to many young ONGCians in taking up these sports.
