Awardee Student’s Invitation for Attending 19th Convocation of Ganpat University

Dear Graduating Student,

Greetings from Ganpat University!!!

We are pleased to inform you that the 19th Convocation of Ganpat University is scheduled on 8th January 2026 at Ganpat University.

You are cordially invited to attend the Convocation Ceremony and receive your Degree/Diploma “In-Person”.

Non-submission of consent will be considered as your agreement to remain Absent.

Kindly refer the website https://convocation.guni.ac.in frequently for the detailed schedule, profile of guests and guidelines for attending the 19th convocation. You have to pay INR Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Only) in cash as a deposit for the Convocation Rob (Gown) at your respective institute, which will be refunded on returning the Gown after the event. You are requested to take your seat in the pandal before 02:00 pm.

Dress Code for the Awardees

Male Students – Formal attire preferably a light-coloured plain shirt, dark-coloured full trouser, and black shoes. (Kindly avoid stripes, printed, check shirts, and T-Shirts).

Female Students – Saree of sober colour and decent design or Official/Formal Attire suiting to the occasion. [Kindly avoid Jeans, T-Shirts, etc.].
