schedule, profile of guests and guidelines for attending the 19th convocation. You have to pay INR Rs. 500/-
(Five Hundred Only) in cash as a deposit for the Convocation Rob (Gown) at your respective institute, which
will be refunded on returning the Gown after the event. You are requested to take your seat in the pandal
before
02:00 pm.

Dress Code for the Awardees
Male StudentsFormal attire preferably a light-coloured plain shirt, dark-coloured
full trouser, and black shoes. (Kindly avoid stripes, printed, check shirts, and T-Shirts).
Female StudentsSaree of sober colour and decent design or Official/Formal Attire
suiting to the occasion. [Kindly avoid Jeans, T-Shirts, etc.].
